Description
General purpose material; Al-Mg alloy, with intermediate strength, very high corrosion resistance, good weldability, very good dimensional stability.Supplied in form of rolled sheets and plates up to 250 mm thickness and of cast plates up to 600 mm.
Typical applications
Parts of machinery, tools, also of large size, medium stressed, for which high starting thickness is required.Large forming dies, for forming techniques requiring medium pressure or prototypic or pre-series production.
Parts to be embodied into welded assemblies.
Parts for elevated temperature applications.
